Question 1
Question 2

Do you have trees in or close to your property or land?

Are there trees within the area of land proposed for development, or within influencing distance (typically 15-30m) of the developable area, or proposed extension of your property. This can also include trees not within your ownership i.e. in a neighbouring garden, but which may pose a constraint.

Yes

You need a BS5837 Tree Survey for Planning to identify the trees, their constraints and opportunities which you can provide to your architect or design team, to inform the design of your scheme or development. You may also require an Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) to meet the validation requirements of your local planning authority (LPA).

Do you have planning approval and require support with discharge of planning conditions or on-site supervision? If so, an Arboricultural Method Statement may be required.
